How is the shop organised?

You can browse by product type (boxes, bags, envelopes, tape and protective packaging) or by Royal Mail size. If postage cost matters, shop the Large Letter, Small Parcel and Medium Parcel PiP ranges, which are sized to keep your parcels in the cheapest possible band.

How quickly will my order arrive?

All plain stock is held in our UK warehouse and orders placed before the daily cut-off are despatched the same working day. UK delivery is free on orders over £100.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Yes. Pricing is volume-based across the range, so your unit cost falls as you order larger quantities - ideal for regular business and ecommerce senders.

Can I have my packaging custom printed?

Yes. Most lines can be printed with your logo or artwork - see custom printed packaging. You upload your artwork online and we only start a full production run once you have approved a free sample.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Prices across the site are shown excluding VAT, which suits our trade and business customers. VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout.
