How to measure your item
Three numbers are all we need. Measure the item itself, not the packaging you have now.

Measure the longest side
That is your length. Orientation does not matter here, the finder rotates your item for you.

Measure across the shorter side
That is your width.

Measure the depth
How thick the item is. Leave it blank for flat things such as documents, prints or folded clothing, and the finder prioritises mailers and envelopes.

Add a little breathing room
Allow 5 to 10mm on each side for wrapping, bubble wrap or void fill. More if the item is fragile.
