These white paper padded envelopes come in four sizes: 100 x 165mm, 150 x 215mm, 180 x 265mm and 240 x 340mm (width x length). Sizes 1 to 3 are equivalent to popular Jiffy and Arofol mailer sizes such as Jiffy 000, Jiffy 0 and Jiffy 1.
What material are the envelopes made from and are they recyclable?
Each envelope uses a 100gsm outer paper with a 55gsm padded paper inner lining, made from responsibly sourced FSC-approved paper. They are fully paper-based and recyclable, with no plastic bubble wrap involved.
Which Royal Mail Prices in Proportion band do these envelopes fit?
The 100 x 165mm, 150 x 215mm and 180 x 265mm sizes are designed to fit the Royal Mail Large Letter band. The largest 240 x 340mm size may qualify as Large Letter or Small Parcel depending on how full the envelope is packed.
How do the envelopes close and stay sealed in transit?
Each padded envelope has a peel and seal adhesive strip, giving a fast, secure closure without the need for tape.
