Our Bubble Padded Mailer Envelopes provide a lightweight, protective posting solution for delicate items, helping reduce damage in transit while keeping postage costs low. Available in both Gold and White finishes, these mailers are ideal for e-commerce, retail fulfilment, and everyday shipping.
Each padded envelope is manufactured from 75gsm FSC-approved paper and lined with small bubble wrap to cushion contents against knocks and drops. A strong peel & seal closure provides tamper-resistant security, while the moisture-resistant paper outer keeps parcels looking professional from dispatch to delivery.
These padded mailers can also make full use of Royal Mail’s Pricing in Proportion (PiP) system. Depending on the thickness of your item, sizes 000 to 4 typically qualify as Large Letter, while sizes 5 to 7 fall into the Small Parcel category.
